Job summary

Qualifications

• Shift supervisor experience preferred.
• Electrical installation knowledge BS7671:2008 (IEE Wiring Regulations) required.
• Able to meet physical requirements (stooping, lifting 50 lbs).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team; cover holidays/training/sickness.
• Review logs and outstanding items to ensure completion.
• Ensure safety and security compliance; manage vendor relationships.
• Assist in developing critical services training programs.
• Serve as a client/management escalation point.
• Share expertise to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Evaluate Planned Preventive Maintenance and recommend improvements.
• Document all out-of-line incidents with incident reports.
• Resolve complex problems and guide the team to objectives.
• Lead by example and apply CBRE RISE values to daily work.
• Ensure team outcomes support customer objectives.
• Build consensus and coordinate with related teams.
