Job summary

OQC is seeking a senior facilities leader to own and grow our global office, manufacturing and estate strategy across the UK, Spain and other international sites. You will partner with Security, IT and Engineering to standardise practices while enabling regional accuracy and local delivery, including major projects and long-term portfolio planning.

• Proven track record leading multi-site facilities in complex operations.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Set the global Facilities direction with strategy, standards and KPIs.
• Shape and manage the global estate including locations and service providers.
• Lead expansion projects, relocations, fit-outs and handovers to operations.
• Build and develop the Facilities function across regions and sites.
• Own budgets, forecasting and supplier performance for value delivery.
• Oversee HSE governance and risk management globally.
• Drive environmental performance and sustainable estate decisions.
