Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Regulatory Intelligence & Health Authority Engagement to lead digital products supporting regulatory intelligence, HA engagement, and transparency within the Evidence Presentation & Regulatory portfolio. You will translate Regulatory Affairs needs into clear user requirements for timely insights and seamless agency interactions (FDA, EMA, MHRA, PMDA).

You will shape roadmaps, collaborate across Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory Content lifecycles, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical or related discipline or equivalent experience.
5+ years in digital product management or product ownership with roadmap ownership and prioritization.
Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development or regulatory affairs with exposure to submissions or HA engagement.

Responsibilities

Set the product vision and roadmap for Regulatory Intelligence & Health Authority Engagement.
Articulate how technology and AI improve regulatory success and interactions with agencies.
Connect Regulatory Intelligence with other DevCMO portfolios to form a data-centric digital ecosystem.
Co-design simple, compliant user journeys with design and engineering.
Shape technical solutions with architects and engineers and approve trade-offs.
Champion an AI-first approach with governance and safe experimentation.
Own end-to-end delivery, contracting vendors and guiding teams to value.
Embed quality, privacy and GxP considerations from the start.
Mentor junior Product Owners and build a high-performing cross-functional team.
