Job summary

Reed is hiring an Export Administrator in Lancashire to support export operations and international shipments from order placement to delivery. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, prepare invoices and packing lists, and ensure compliance with export procedures.

The role requires prior export admin experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A customer-focused, detail-oriented approach will help maintain excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in export administration and international shipping support.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and order processing systems.
• Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process export orders, quotations, and related documents accurately.
• Create export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Track orders and provide customers with updates on lead times and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
