Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Export Customer Service Coordinator to join the Freight Management team in Hounslow. You will manage export orders from receipt to completion, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and to meet service levels.

In this role you will collaborate with operational and shared service teams, provide proactive shipment updates, monitor KPIs, and build strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage export customer orders and ensure accurate shipment processing.
• Coordinate with operational and shared service teams to ensure shipments are entered and executed correctly.
• Monitor shipments against customer KPIs and service commitments.
• Provide proactive milestones updates and act as primary contact for inquiries and shipment-related issues.
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Support development of customer account plans and joint initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer solutions and expand services.
• Collaborate with Business Development on opportunities, tenders and proposals.
• Ensure operational processes are followed and continuous service improvements are delivered.
