Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I is hiring an Air Export Coordinator for our Air Operating Centre in Hounslow, London Heathrow. This is a Monday–Friday, 40-hour-per-week role. You will input shipment data, manage bookings, arrange overseas shipments and build strong working relationships with customers and partners.

The ideal candidate has experience in air freight export operations and is a proficient Excel user, with clear communication skills to deliver information to customers.

• Experience in air freight operations and export processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Input shipment data into systems and keep status updated.
• Manage freight bookings and optimise bookings.
