Job summary

AB Agri is hiring an Export Shipping Coordinator in Rugeley, UK. The role covers the full export process from order entry to shipment and paperwork completion, with occasional travel to Fradley site. Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:00, full-time, permanent. Starting salary around £27,000, with bonus and benefits.

You will work with planning, production, hauliers and customers, ensuring documents are correct and deadlines are met. Excel skills are used for reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in export coordination or international logistics is ideal.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel between sites with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Process export orders and book transport and vet appointments.
• Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with hauliers, customs agents and internal teams.
• Manage certificates for Irish shipments and schedules.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to support the team.
