Qualifications

• Experience coordinating export shipments from booking through to departure.
• Knowledge of air export procedures and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage export shipments from booking through to departure.
• Arrange bookings with airlines and negotiate routing and schedules.
• Prepare and process export documentation and shipping instructions.
• Liaise with customers to obtain shipment information and documentation.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries with hauliers and transport providers.
• Monitor shipments and provide customers with regular updates.
• Ensure all customs requirements and export procedures are completed correctly.
• Prepare and check Air Waybills and other shipping documents.
• Track flight schedules and manage delays and operational issues.
• Obtain and review freight rates where required.
• Ensure shipments are invoiced and files are completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Resolve customer and operational queries quickly and professionally.
