Job summary

Resonant, based in Chorley, seeks an Export Coordinator to manage export documentation for global shipments. You will coordinate with carriers, brokers and IORs to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customs requirements.

The role involves booking transports, compiling proforma invoices and maintaining accurate records across systems. We value strong communication, attention to detail and a team-centric approach as part of our Equipment & Ancillaries team supporting clinical trials

Qualifications

Prepare and correctly record export shipping documents for EU & ROW shipments.
Coordinate with carriers, brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with customs requirements and tariff/commodity codes.

Responsibilities

Prepare & appropriately record & file export shipping documentation.
Communicate with stakeholders to expedite shipments and meet OTIF targets.
Make transport bookings for outbound and inbound shipments and provide quotes.
Liaise with IORs, customs agents, brokers and carriers to ensure accuracy of documentation.
Update systems with shipping information and maintain color-coded filing.
