Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support export team with end-to-end shipment movement.
• Book shipments with shipping lines/agents.
• Prepare export documents such as Bills of Lading and origin certificates.
• Coordinate with customers, hauliers and overseas offices.
• Update internal systems accurately and timely.
