• Experience in recruitment, ideally within professional services or executive search.

Responsabilités

• Map global consumer markets, competitors and leadership structures.
• Identify and engage senior leadership talent across international markets.
• Conduct detailed candidate outreach and assessment conversations.
• Support retained executive search delivery from briefing through to appointment.
• Manage candidate and client processes with a high level of professionalism.
• Produce market insight and talent intelligence for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
• Contribute insight into market trends and potential client opportunities.
