HW Global is hiring a Delivery Consultant/Executive Search Associate to join our growing Global Consumer practice. You will map global markets, identify senior leaders across international markets, and support retained search from briefing to appointment.

We are hiring a Delivery Consultant/Executive Search Associate to join our growing Global Consumer practice.

This opportunity could suit:

• An experienced recruiter looking to transition into retained executive search
• Someone with commercial or industry experience who is interested in building a long term career in executive search and leadership advisory.

You will work closely with experienced executive search professionals and gain exposure to senior level hiring processes, leadership assessment, client engagement and global market mapping.

We are looking for intellectually curious individuals who are commercially minded, relationship driven and motivated by long term career development.

What you will be doing

What we are looking for

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within professional services, recruitment or executive search
• Alternatively, commercial or industry experience with a strong interest in executive search and leadership consulting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• Commercial curiosity and interest in how businesses operate and grow
• High levels of organisation, accountability and attention to detail
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
