• Skilled with AI-enabled sourcing and data-informed decision making.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Strong relationship-building across the organization and with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute leadership recruiting programs and engagements.
• Conduct market mapping and talent landscape insights for exec roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to qualify and present candidates.
• Deliver diverse pipelines and manage candidate outreach at scale.
• Analyze sourcing effectiveness and report market trends to leadership.
• Drive process improvements to speed up searches and improve experience.
• Support exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leverage AI tools for market research and candidate profiling.
