Job summary
Cloudflare seeks a seasoned Senior Director of Executive Communications to scale our global Executive Communications Program for the co-founder and President. You will architect the framework for the program, craft narratives, and expand leadership storytelling across internal and external audiences worldwide.
The role requires 10+ years in executive communications, strong writing and presenting skills, and a global perspective with willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive communications for CEOs, top C-level leaders, or international public figures
- Ability to translate highly technical concepts for mainstream audiences without losing technical rigor
- Experience leading initiatives across international teams and traveling regularly
- Experience building communication programs or initiatives from the ground up with strong project management discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead executive communications for Cloudflare's co-founder and President, including internal and external storytelling
- Architect broader executive communications strategy with playbooks, pillars, and training frameworks
- Oversee Office of the President communications, media relations, public appearances, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with PR, IR, and Employee Comms teams to align brand narratives
- Develop narratives, speeches, op-eds, and content for various channels
