Morgan Ryder is seeking an Executive Assistant & HR Manager to blend executive support, HR and governance administration within a growing international manufacturing business. The role reports to the senior leadership team and offers a pathway to become a trusted business partner across board activities and people processes.

You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure smooth HR, governance and executive support operations, while engaging stakeholders across locations and delivering

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate board and shareholder meetings and supporting documentation.
• Maintain governance records and minutes; track actions and approvals across international entities.
• Support HR processes: recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain HR records and employee data; assist with performance reviews and probation processes.
• Support insurance renewals, supplier documentation and corporate documentation.
• Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership and help drive business improvement projects.
