This is the role of an Operations Manager on some of the most prestigious Trade Fairs in the UK. You will be directly responsible for delivering two events in the portfolio, and helping on others, reporting into the Senior Operations Manager. You will be working closely with an Operations Co‑ordinator to deliver the events and ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed to the highest standard. You will be contributing to the show budgets and operational plans for each event. Attendance onsite for periods of time at events is required. You will help train and mentor Operations Co‑ordinator to ensure a high level of performance. You will implement high standards of Health & Safety across the events you work on. Feature builds, signage, catering, cleaning, staffing, AV, and all other supplier relationships are all a key part of your day to day tasks.
