Job summary

Freight Investor Services in London seeks a Marketing & Business Support Coordinator to blend creative, relationship-driven work with key marketing and organising activities. You'll own event strategy, planning, and execution, along with supporting marketing campaigns and processes within our HQ London office.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and leadership across international teams, manage vendors and venues, and assist staff travel and client management for each broking team.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, events, client relationship management or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Experience managing social media or other content channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm under pressure and collaborative problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events (conferences, trade shows, webinars).
• Manage vendor and venue relationships, marketing channels, and office materials.
• Support marketing campaigns and related activities.
• Create content across social media; draft website/newsletter copy.
• Maintain event timelines and post-event reports.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and leadership to align events with goals.
• Assist with travel arrangements and client management for broking teams.
• Provide general office support and staff assistance as required.
• Support events across 7 global offices and ad hoc tasks.
