Responsibilities

• Turn event briefs into recruitment plans for HLTH Community events.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists with current roles and organisations.
• Collaborate with HLTH teams and external sources to grow a strong prospect pool.
• Conduct personalised outreach by phone, email and networks to explain event relevance.
• Follow up, manage responses, waitlists, and secure attendee confirmations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and CRM records with outreach activity and outcomes.
• Coordinate with event teams on audience mix, capacity and attendee communications.
