Job summary

Greycoat Lumleys is seeking an experienced Global Property Manager to oversee a prestigious portfolio of private residences across the UK, Europe and Africa. This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional organisation, discretion and the ability to manage multiple properties and refurbishment projects to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French (essential).
• Full right to work in the UK and ability to travel freely.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Flexible approach to travel and seasonal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of a portfolio of private residences across the UK, Europe and Africa.
• Coordinate and lead house managers and household teams to maintain high standards.
• Manage refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate seasonal property requirements, staffing schedules and maintenance programmes.
• Provide regular updates to principals and family office while maintaining discretion.
