Responsibilities

• Support and mentor a multidisciplinary household team with clear KPIs and priorities.
• Oversee property care, maintenance planning, and asset inventories; manage small cap ex projects.
• Collaborate with the Asset Manager on budgets, variance analysis, and reporting.
