Job summary

Sysco International in Europe seeks a D365 Technology Project Manager to drive the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programme across multiple PODs. You will work with Product Owners, Solution Architects, engineering, testing and business teams to deliver ERP change with Agile/Scrum and hybrid governance as needed.

The role requires hands-on delivery leadership, strong communication, and ability to manage dependencies, risks and milestones across Europe, with travel to support delivery.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP programmes.
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery with ceremonies facilitation.
Proven ability to manage complex technology projects in a structured programme.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery across two to three PODs with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups and reviews.
Manage risks, issues and dependencies; ensure transparency and metrics.
Use Azure DevOps to track backlog, progress and delivery metrics.
