Job summary

WeDoTech in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced D365 Finance Programme/Project Manager for a 12-18 month contract, with hybrid working in Sussex. The role focuses on delivering a business-led D365 Finance implementation, with strong client-side governance and change management required.

You will partner with Finance and Technology leaders to ensure adoption, benefit realisation and tangible outcomes, managing an external partner and keeping the business ownership firmly in place.

Qualifications

• Proven client-side ERP programme leadership
• Experience leading D365 Finance / D365 F&O implementations
• Strong finance process understanding across AP, AR, GL, purchasing and invoicing
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills

Responsibilities

• Leading the D365 Finance implementation from the client side
• Owning programme governance, Steering Committee engagement and senior stakeholder management
• Managing and challenging the implementation partner against scope, milestones, quality and outcomes
• Driving business readiness, change and adoption across Finance and the wider organisation
• Coordinating activity across multiple trading entities and a geographically distributed business
• Ensuring the programme remains focused on business outcomes rather than simply technical delivery
