SKIMS, a global brand redefining modern apparel, seeks a Director of Enterprise Systems to lead NetSuite ERP strategy across EMEA. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Operations to enable scalable growth and operational excellence.

Join a high-performance team driving system governance, process transformation, and data integrity across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Inventory Management, while collaborating with external partners to scale globally.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience leading Enterprise Systems within fast-paced retail, ecommerce, consumer products, or fashion.
• Extensive NetSuite ERP expertise.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, system upgrades, and enterprise transformations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting multi-channel environments including Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Franchise.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional strategy and roadmap for NetSuite and associated enterprise applications across EMEA.
• Oversee NetSuite configuration, optimization, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Lead optimization of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Inventory Management processes.
• Oversee integrations between NetSuite and platforms including OMS, Shopify, WMS, POS, and 3PL providers.
• Establish reporting standards and data governance; ensure data integrity and audits.
