Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Systems to optimize NetSuite ERP across EMEA, with emphasis on PO management and inventory. You will act as functional SME supporting day-to-day requests and driving process improvements.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, and regional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, scalable processes, and accurate system usage across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Inventory workflows. 5–8+ years experience required.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience in a functional analyst, systems analyst, or operations systems role.
• Strong experience supporting PO management and inventory modules in NetSuite.
• Proven experience supporting multi-channel inventory environments within NetSuite.
• Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Supply Chain workflows in NetSuite.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary NetSuite functional support lead for EMEA, managing and resolving system-related requests, issues, and enhancements.
• Act as the first point of contact for NetSuite questions related to POs, inventory, and procurement workflows.
• Coordinate with NetSuite administrators, developers, and external partners to deliver fixes and enhancements.
