TransPerfect is seeking an experienced Event Marketer to lead flagship conferences and regional roadshows across the USA, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll own the narrative, campaign, audience, venue, vendors, budget, and on-site execution.

Collaborate with in-house teams and external partners to deliver campaigns that drive attendance and engagement at scale. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, travel internationally, and shape the event strategy from concept to debrief, ensuring the experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B event marketing or enterprise tech events.
• Experience leading regionalized marketing campaigns for large international events.
• Track record of managing multiple events and stakeholder groups across time zones.
• Strong budgets ownership, vendor relationships, and venue negotiations.
• Comfortable with data: registrations, engagement, and ROI to sharpen campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executives and speakers.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, travel internationally (~15%).

Responsabilités

• Shape the narrative for each event with executive leadership and tailor it for regional nuances.
• Plan and launch multi-channel attendance campaigns across email, paid media, social, web, and partner marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external speakers on promotional content and session previews.
• Build production timelines, run-of-show documents, and cross-functional plans.
• Oversee event tech stack: registration platforms, apps, lead capture, and hybrid tech.
• Own budgets, track registrations and ROI by region, and drive debriefs to sharpen future events.
