Job summary

Civica is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead the design and governance of our global data architecture. You will shape data flows, define standards, and guide transformation initiatives with senior leaders and strategic partners.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to support Civica’s AI-enabled, data-driven future. You will work across complex programmes, influence executive decisions, and help establish a single source of truth while ensuring

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise data architecture within complex organisations.
• Strong expertise in data modelling, integration architecture, and large-scale data migration programmes.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and best practice architecture principles.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Civica’s enterprise data and integration architecture strategy.
• Document current-state and future-state data architectures across the organisation.
• Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and migration strategies.
• Provide architectural leadership across ERP, professional services automation, integration and data transformation initiatives.
• Govern data standards, quality controls, and master data management approaches.
• Support large-scale data migration activities and transition states.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment.
