Job summary

DAC Beachcroft in London is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to define and lead the organisation's target-state data architecture, ensuring data landscape supports growth, regulatory compliance and AI-driven innovation.

You will design frameworks, standards and technology architecture that connect case management, finance, CRM, analytics and AI platforms, working with senior leaders to build a scalable data ecosystem that reduces integration complexity and improves data

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise data architectures in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platform patterns including data warehouses, data lakes, data lakehouses and data mesh.
• Experience with Azure-based data platforms and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term architectural strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture across conceptual, logical and physical models.
• Design integration strategies connecting case management, finance, CRM, document management and analytics.
• Drive adoption of API-led and event-driven architectures over point-to-point.
• Evaluate technologies for data platforms including warehouses, lakehouses and MDM frameworks.
• Design data foundations to support AI/ML initiatives with high-quality, trusted data.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Governance and Analytics teams to apply architecture standards.
• Define enterprise data security/access architecture with governance and security teams.
• Produce architecture roadmaps, standards and documentation.
• Support CTO and Enterprise Architecture on major transformation programs and vendor selections.
