Job summary

Civica is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to own and advance our data and integration architecture. You will shape data flows across the organisation, setting governance standards and leading major transformation programs with senior leadership.

This is a hands-on role offering strategic influence and real impact across a global public-sector tech platform. You’ll partner with senior executives and strategic partners to design scalable models, migration paths, and data services

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing enterprise data architectures.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders across business units.
• Experience implementing data governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Civica's enterprise data and integration architecture strategy.
• Document current-state and future-state data architecture across the organisation.
• Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and migration strategies.
• Provide architectural leadership across ERP, PSA, integration, and data transformation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on data governance standards, quality controls, and master data management.
• Support large-scale data migration activities.
• Define transition states from legacy to target architectures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners for alignment.
• Translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Oversee data security, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the subject matter authority for enterprise data architecture.
