Job summary

Civica in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to own and shape Civica's data architecture as we modernise our technology landscape and drive data-driven transformation across global programmes.

You will work closely with senior leaders, technology teams and strategic partners such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Certinia and PwC to establish standards, governance and scalable data models while enabling AI-enabled data foundations across major transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise data architectures and governance standards.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven collaboration with senior leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Civica's enterprise data and integration architecture strategy.
• Document current‑state and future‑state data architecture across the organisation.
• Design scalable data models and migration strategies to support transformation.
• Provide architectural leadership across ERP, PSA, integration, and data projects.
• Advise on data governance, quality controls, and master data management.
• Support large‑scale data migration activities and transitions from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure architectural alignment.
• Translate technical concepts into business language for executives.
