Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a lead engineering professional to drive major projects across a global manufacturing network, delivering product transfers, NPI, cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

You will manage cross-functional teams, establish governance, capacity planning and meet regulatory standards, while transforming manufacturing processes and sharing engineering knowledge across sites.

Qualifications

Experience delivering engineering projects in manufacturing environments.
Strong governance, planning and execution capabilities.
Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of engineering projects across a global manufacturing network.
Drive product transfer, NPI, rationalisation and cost optimisation programmes.
Establish robust project governance, planning and execution processes.
Manage engineering resources, project priorities and capacity planning.
Work cross-functionally to align business, operational and engineering objectives.
Ensure engineering solutions meet quality, compliance and regulatory standards.
Develop engineering capability and knowledge sharing across sites.
Support strategic manufacturing programmes for growth and performance.
