Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a client in Newbury to recruit a Project Engineer/Manager focused on composite parts within the industrial and manufacturing sector. You will oversee planning, NPI, and end-to-end delivery to bring new products into full production.

Ideal candidates will have proven project management experience in manufacturing, strong composite knowledge, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Bring two new products into full production quickly.
• Lead the NPI work with production and engineering managers.
• Budgeting, procuring parts, reporting to end customers.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and resources; adjust to stay on track.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Facilitate cross-department communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes.
