Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced leader to drive engineering projects across a global manufacturing network. You will oversee product transfers, NPI initiatives, and cost reduction programs while ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.
  • Experience delivering product transfer, NPI or manufacturing transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Stage Gate, Agile or equivalent.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering governance and quality systems.
  • Experience within regulated manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial.
  • An engineering qualification (HND, Degree or equivalent experience).
