Job summary
CSG Talent, recruiting on behalf of a leading global manufacturer of crushing, screening, conveying, and material processing equipment, seeks an Engineering Director to lead its global engineering function across Northern Ireland, Canada, and India.
The role focuses on scaling the engineering organisation, shaping strategy, governance, and NPI processes while building leadership across multiple locations.

Qualifications
- Significant engineering leadership experience within OEM or equipment manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical engineering and product development knowledge.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Proven track record taking new products from concept through production.
- Knowledge of NPI, design governance, and product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global engineering function across NI, Canada, and India.
- Develop and execute the company's engineering and product development strategy.
- Lead new product development from concept to launch.
- Improve NPI processes, standards, and design governance.
- Coach and develop Engineering Managers and senior engineers.
- Build succession and accountability across the engineering organisation.
- Strengthen collaboration with Manufacturing, Product Management, Sales and Service.
- Ensure products meet technical, commercial, manufacturing, quality and safety requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and technology.
