You will own the vision, growth strategy, and execution for all markets outside the domestic base, spanning mining, quarrying, aggregates, construction and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in capital equipment sales.
• 10+ years in crushing, screening, mining, or construction equipment.
• Proven export market development track record.
• Extensive international travel willingness.
• Strong network with mining/quarry EPCs and equipment dealers internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global export sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Own and manage international P&L for profitable growth and pricing strategy.
• Lead and mentor the international sales and business development team; define KRAs and targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Aftermarket.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, governance, and currency/credit risk management.
