Job summary

Tyrone International Ltd. seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function at the Battleford Road Facility, Northern Ireland.

You will shape product development and manufacturing strategy, driving innovation across a multidisciplinary team and delivering market-leading equipment for aggregate washing and materials-processing. Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
Proven experience leading an engineering or design function in manufacturing.
Experience in aggregate washing, quarrying or heavy machinery sectors is preferred.
Strong CAD capability and understanding of fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to high performance.
Own projects from concept through design, manufacture, testing and release.
Drive DFMA and design-for-manufacture to reduce cost and complexity.
Develop engineering plans, track workload and delivery across multiple projects.
Manage budgets, change control and product configuration.
