Job summary

WebBeds seeks a Global Engagement Lead, Operations to shape and deliver engaging global content and activities that connect Operations colleagues across locations. You will work with leaders, Engagement Champions and budgets to bring agreed themes to life and foster pride across the global Operations community.

This hands-on, creative role develops communications and engagement materials, coordinates local delivery and supports on-site activities in Manila with strong organisation and an energy

Qualifications

• Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, culture, events or related field.
• Proven ability to create and deliver campaigns and engagement content for diverse audiences.
• Experience budgeting, expenditure and supplier cost monitoring.
• Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global Operations engagement plan end to end.
• Create engaging content adaptable for colleagues across countries and cultures.
• Produce clear communications materials for campaigns and events.
• Build and support a global network of Engagement Champions.
• Ensure consistent local delivery while aligning with global themes.
• Manage the global engagement budget and on-site activities in Manila.
• Collect feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, Talent & Culture, Internal Communications and others.
