Job summary

Legora seeks an Engagement Manager to own a global client relationship with a Big 4 firm, driving adoption and multi-year change management across regions. You will define outcomes, build the adoption playbook, and serve as the trusted adviser to embed Legora into the client's workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical.
• Experience working with or inside a Big 4 firm is highly desirable.
• Consulting or transformation background with designing and delivering change-management programmes.
• Experience building tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and interpersonal; high EQ.

Responsibilities

• Set the global adoption strategy for the account and oversee execution across regions.
• Be the primary contact for the UK & Ireland practice while visiting other member firms.
• Design the client's adoption playbook and target outcomes for Legora adoption.
• Execute the playbook from rollout to enterprise-scale adoption.
• Act as strategic adviser and translate client goals into Legora value.
• Drive value through structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, check-ins, reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Support) for client success.
• Identify expansion opportunities and ensure seamless transitions with the client.
