Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is looking for an Energy and Sustainability Program Management Lead to drive critical sustainability initiatives for a prominent global financial client.

You will oversee no/low-cost energy improvements and significant capital/expense projects, coordinating with regional teams and engineering leads worldwide to deliver measurable environmental impact. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with 5-8 years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel is essential; Power BI/Tableau experience desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of energy and sustainability initiatives end-to-end.
  • Manage a portfolio of no/low-cost interventions and capital projects.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and report progress globally.
  • Identify operational improvements to enhance energy efficiency.
  • Support client goals with energy resilience strategies and programs.
  • Analyze energy, waste and water data and reports.
  • Incorporate procurement strategies and new technologies into the platform.
  • Present status updates and variance reports to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate CBRE's values and build consensus across teams.
  • Influence activities across multiple countries with autonomy within guidelines.
