Job summary

AdvancedMD, based in Leicester, seeks an experienced professional in employment, litigation, or commercial law to support dispute management and liaise with external counsel. The role focuses on UK & Ireland, with involvement in spend tracking across EMEA and APAC.

You will assist with responses to disclosure requests, support complaints teams on disputes, and contribute to reporting frameworks tracking risks, themes, and outcomes while developing templates and guidance materials.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in employment, litigation, or commercial law.
• Prior in-house experience preferred or strong exposure to corporate clients in private practice.
• Solid understanding of employment law principles and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in case management activities, including file maintenance, deadlines, budgets, and court timetables.
• Support management and investigation of disputes, liaising with external counsel.
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and guidance materials for dispute management.
• Provide support to internal complaints teams on customer disputes and handling.
