Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join a growing, highly collaborative team in Leeds. The role offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters and a chance to build strong client relationships within one of the largest Employment teams in Leeds.

You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, managing your own caseload with regular client contact and opportunities for business development within a supportive environment.

Aufgaben

• Taking initial instructions and responding to client enquiries.
• Advising on, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.
• Managing employment tribunal litigation on behalf of both employers and employees, including advocacy where appropriate.
• Drafting contracts of employment, directors' service agreements and staff handbooks.
• Advising on day-to-day employment matters, including disciplinary, grievance and redundancy processes.
• Supporting corporate transactions, including preparing employment documentation and advising on TUPE.
• Building trusted relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, priorities and challenges.
• Contributing to seminars, networking opportunities and business development initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team and firm.
