Job summary

The University of Exeter is seeking a Global Employment Advisor to join the HR Global Employment team. This full-time, fixed-term secondment runs until 31 December 2028 and offers hybrid working with campus and home-based days.

Qualifications

Recent experience in Global Mobility or international HR advisory.
Solid understanding of cross-border tax and social security rules.
Ability to provide professional HR advice to managers and staff.
Proven capability to coordinate with external mobility providers.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level professional Global Employment advice and support across the University.
Coordinate and ensure consistency of Global Employment procedures and processes.
Complete due diligence reports assessing feasibility, risks, costs and timescales for Global Employment projects.
Support the Global Employment Manager on transformation and development initiatives.
