You will lead the global strategy across healthcare, wellbeing, retirement, administration, and related Total Rewards services, partnering with HR and Total Rewards to balance employee experience with affordability and risk considerations.

You will shape long-term category strategies, drive supplier negotiations, and build partnerships that deliver measurable business value for a diverse, international stakeholder network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing Employee Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Services or related categories within a global organisation.
• Proven track record developing and executing category strategies that deliver measurable business value.
• Strong experience leading complex negotiations and managing strategic supplier relationships at regional or global scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Employee Benefits category strategy across healthcare, wellbeing, retirement, benefits administration, consulting and related Total Rewards services.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards and key stakeholders to balance employee experience, affordability, and risk management.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and build partnerships that deliver measurable business value and cost optimization.
• Influence senior leaders and drive category development using market insights and data-driven decisions.
