You will lead negotiations with suppliers, develop long-term category strategies, and partner with senior leaders on strategic workforce initiatives that drive value for the business and its people.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing Employee Benefits and Total Rewards in a global organisation.
• Proven track record delivering category strategies that drive business value.
• Strong experience leading complex negotiations and managing strategic supplier relationships at regional or global scale.
• Ability to influence senior leaders using data-driven insights to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Employee Benefits category strategy across healthcare, wellbeing, retirement, benefits administration, consulting and related Total Rewards services.
• Partner with HR, Total Rewards and key stakeholders to balance employee experience, affordability, compliance, risk management and innovation.
• Shape and deliver long-term category strategies and lead complex supplier negotiations to create measurable business value.
• Build partnerships that enhance employee experience while driving transformation across the enterprise.
