Responsibilities

• Lead a global team with managers in the US, UK and India.
• Direct NPI programs, CPI projects, maintenance and obsolescence.
• Own the Cat Technology relationship for Electrical Systems.
• Collaborate to translate plans into electrical architecture and components.
• Communicate with product directors and managers on scope, budget and resources.
• Develop engineering expertise to support Caterpillar customers.
• Manage on-site supplier relationships for harness co-development.
• Direct staff to ensure policy and objective compliance.
• Improve product quality, performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Address issues from concept to end-of-life with focus on obsolescence.
