Job summary

Mace delivers large-scale digital, data, AI and business transformation programmes, turning strategic priorities into executable work while governing scope, budget, resources and benefits realisation. You will coordinate with the Transformation Programme Director, Digital Portfolio and PMO to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, energising multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to drive adoption and value; contribute to ongoing improvement of delivery

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience managing programmes valued £3m-£10m+.
• Leading cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Desirable: MSP, Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe or Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end transformation programmes and projects.
• Mobilise programmes from concept through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Manage multiple workstreams across technology, process and business change.
• Oversee initiatives across Oracle Fusion, AI, Data and Analytics, Process Automation and Enterprise Applications.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Direct steering committees, programme reviews and governance forums.
• Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Drive business readiness, adoption and value realisation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of transformation delivery standards.
