Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Manager, eCom Marketing to own localization and language optimization of shopper-facing product content across digital channels. In a 14‑month fixed‑term contract, you’ll translate, optimize and deliver content in time for major product launches worldwide.

You’ll manage global translation budgets and external vendors, connecting global production with local market execution in a hybrid model across LEGO offices. Collaboration with global teams is key.

Qualifications

• Managed localization and translation of high‑volume digital product content across multiple markets and languages.
• Managed external translation vendors against budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Established and improved digital content workflows covering SEO, keyword optimisation and copy production.
• Managed translation budgets, using data to prioritise spend and improve delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure localized product copy and PDP content across markets and languages for major launches.
• Control translation budgets, costs and vendor performance to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to SEO performance, onsite discovery and conversion through localized content.
