Job summary

LEGO Group seeks a Marketing Manager to lead regional LEGO Retail campaigns across EMEA, connecting shoppers with launches, seasons and experiences. You will partner with global teams and agencies to ensure locally relevant, strong campaign execution in stores and online.

You will act as a key contact for a regional business unit, driving integration and maximizing impact across retail activity. Hybrid working arrangements support balance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years driving retail marketing plans across EMEA.
• Experience delivering omnichannel retail or trade marketing campaigns.
• Developed in-store marketing materials with external agencies.
• Executed full-funnel campaigns to boost store traffic and sales.
• Managed PR and influencer activation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Handle regional LEGO Retail campaigns across EMEA.
• Create local activations linking campaign moments to shopper needs.
• Develop media plans to drive store footfall and online traffic.
• Collaborate with LEGO Retail, Business Units and agencies.
• Translate insights into actionable campaign recommendations.
