As our Manager, eCom Marketing, you’ll join the global Trade & Shopper Marketing team and take ownership of the localization and language optimization of shopper-facing product content across digital channels.
In this 14-month fixed-term contract, you’ll help ensure product content is translated, optimized and delivered in time to support major product launches across markets. Your work will contribute to better onsite visibility, stronger conversion and more consistent shopper experiences across digital touchpoints.
You’ll manage the global translation budget and external vendor relationship while connecting global content production with local market execution.
This role can be based in our Copenhagen Hub or at LEGO Campus in Billund.

If you’ve worked in a role where you’ve managed localization or multilingual content delivery at scale, coordinated external partners and balanced quality, timing, budgets and business needs, you’ll feel at home here.
What matters most is your ability to turn complex global content operations into dependable execution that helps shoppers find, understand and engage with LEGO products across digital channels.
You’ll be part of Trade & Shopper Marketing within Central Marketing, where we set global standards for e-commerce merchandise content and product copy.
We establish frameworks, guide content production and delivery, and help shape how shopper-facing content reaches consumers around the world. Our team is based across Billund, Copenhagen and London, and we work closely with regional teams, markets, agency partners and colleagues across Commerce & Digital.
We work in a flexible hybrid rhythm, with weekly team meetings, monthly forums and regular stakeholder collaboration. You’ll join a team that values clear communication, strong relationships and practical problem-solving while continuously looking for smarter ways to deliver content at scale.
Success means creating confidence in a global localization ecosystem that delivers accurate, effective product content at scale while maintaining control of quality, cost and delivery.
You’ll help evolve our translation operating model, support the testing and adoption of AI-enabled translation services, and contribute to the rollout of new localization tools and processes.
Working closely with regional e-merchandise teams, translation partners, Cross Franchise Marketing and Commerce & Digital colleagues, you’ll help ensure product content reaches markets ready to support activation and merchandising.
Over time, you’ll build a trusted network across global and local teams while helping introduce smarter, more automated approaches to localization that improve delivery efficiency and support the performance of our e-commerce content.
