Job summary

The Maples Group is seeking an experienced E-Billing Analyst to manage the end-to-end electronic billing process for a leading global law firm. You will ensure accurate submission, tracking, and acceptance of client bills across multiple platforms and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include resolving rejections, coordinating with fee earners and finance teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of LEDES formats and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-billing, legal billing, or revenue-related roles.
• Knowledge of LEDES 1998B and LEDES 2000 formats.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit electronic bills to clients via e-billing platforms accurately and timely.
• Monitor e-bill status, identify rejections, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with fee-earning and billing teams to obtain accurate data.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client-specific e-billing rules and LEDES formats.
• Support cash collection targets and reduce aged work-in-progress.
• Handle high volumes of e-bills while meeting SLAs.
