Job summary

Maples Group, Leeds-based E-Billing Analyst role within our Finance function, ensures accurate electronic billing across client platforms. You will manage end-to-end e-billing, resolve rejections and liaise with fee-earners to meet deadlines and drive revenue collection.

The role requires familiarity with LEDES formats, major e-billing platforms, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-billing or revenue-related roles within legal services.
• Understanding of e-billing workflows: submission, validation, rejections, resubmission.
• Familiarity with LEDES formats and UTBMS codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic bill submissions to clients per guidelines.
• Monitor status, investigate rejections, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with fee earners to ensure accurate data and timely billing.
• Maintain knowledge of client-specific e-billing rules and LEDES formats.
• Support cash collection and reduce aged work-in-progress.
• Handle high volumes and meet SLAs.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
